Heliconia stricta hyb. 'Heart of Gold'

Introducing 'Heart of Gold', a stricta hybrid from Chiang Mai, Thailand. This hybrid has fiery red and gold bracts with fine light green margins. A beautiful and elegant Heliconia by all accounts. Mark Collins named this cultivar after Neil Young's song, 'Heart of Gold'. A song which describes an aged traveler that is searching for his 'Heart of Gold'.
